Instead of fixed user licences, the new model is based on actual usage: the number of customer files processed is the determining factor. The principle behind it is pay-as-you-go – you purchase credits in advance and use them as and when you use the tools.
Credits are purchased as a package: you are free to choose the package size. Each time you use a tool, credits are deducted from your balance in accordance with the current price list.
Each package is valid for 18 months from the date of activation. You can view your current credit balance at any time in the dashboard – and see straight away which package would be available next.
Yes. The higher your usage, the lower the unit prices. If you manage multiple clients (e.g. a test and a production environment) under the same contract, all activities are covered by the same package. This simplifies administration and maximises the volume discount.
When 80% of your credit has been used, you will be automatically notified by email. If all credits are used up without you having changed or cancelled the package, a new package of the same size will be automatically provisioned and charged – ensuring your operations remain uninterrupted.
